James Duane Award

In November 2024, I received the James Duane Award from the United States District Court, Southern District of New York — one of its most selective honors: just three mediators from the 220-member Mediation Panel receive it. It was an honor that celebrates my work mediating complex disputes, including a cross-border case conducted entirely in Spanish.

This recognition reflects my commitment to effective resolution, skilled facilitation, and serving people with integrity and care.
